With your team, choose a park, a trail or a neighborhood to clean up.  Make sure to wear gloves.  Take hand sanitizer and wipes.  Wear a cap and sunscreen.  Take trash bags.  

Find litter.  Take a photo.  Log it on your Litterati app.  Change the world!

For the Hands-On!

Go to HEB, Walmart or another garden store and buy a few inexpensive heat-tolerant flowers​ such as marigolds, snapdragons or lantana as well as some garden soil.  Inexpensive little pots can be purchased at a dollar store.  Plant one or two flowers in a little cup or pot.  Make sure to water them!

Have youth make cards or prayer cards to go with the flower pots.  These can be printed from a computer, hand-drawn or painted. 

Leave a flower and card on the front porch of a neighbor to let them know you are praying for and thinking of them.  Especially consider neighbors who are homebound or older and concerned about going out in public.
